SHIPPING

Your order will ship via USPS 1st class or Priority within 5-10 business days.

Most orders ship sooner, but remember, KBeau jewelry is handcrafted and great care is taken in the making of each piece. This level of care takes time and patience.

Wholesale shipments are shipped USPS Priority, insurance upon request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for wholesale orders to ship.

For international shipments the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

KBeau will only accept orders from PayPal approved countries.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 Days from date received, for an exchange for merchandise (less shipping costs) or store credit with KBeau. Before returning the item(s), please contact sales@kbeau.com for details on the return or exchange transaction.

PRIVACY

KBeau only collects information that you voluntarily provide to us. Examples of the personal information that we may request include your full name, e-mail address and mailing address.
