RETURNS/EXCHANGES/FINAL SALES:

Returns: You can return the item within 7 days of receipt but the piece must be  

Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. KBeau is not responsible for return shipping. Please email info@kbeau.com for a return or an exchange.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. Items returned or exchanged without prior arrangement will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

If the jewelry looks abused, KBeau reserves the right to not return, refund,… Case -by-case basis.

KBeau is not responsible for re-shipping cost if customer provides the wrong shipping address.

 Final Sales:

Custom Work or Customized Work is not eligible for returns or exchange. Custom Work is any item that is not offered in my store, has been made once for you, or an item personalized for you in some way including but not limited to stamped, stone chosen, a different metal used, a unique size.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

ORDERS RETURNED TO KBEAU:

If the items you ordered are returned to KBeau due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will contact you immediately about having it reshipped (at your expense). If we do not receive a reply within 7 days of contacting you, your order will be refunded (minus the shipping costs).

We will not hold any items after the order is refunded and cannot guarantee the items will be available should you decide to place a new order.

For your protection, please pack your return or refund item securely, return your order with an insured, trackable courier, and retain your shipping receipt. KBeau is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
