Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges/Repairs/Final Sales

Basically, I want you to be tickled with your purchase, so email me right away if you have any concerns.

Below are more details and rules about returns/exchanges/repairs/final sales, please read them.

Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must contact me at gina@kbeau.com before sending back the item(s).
  • KBeau is not responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned jewelry and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry.
Repairs:
  • I'm happy to make reasonable repairs at no charge within 3 months from purchase. It is not a reasonable repair if it looks like you ran over your jewelry with an SUV. It is not a reasonable repair if it looks like you ran it through a washing machine.
  • If your jewelry needs repair after the 3 month period I will assess the damage and provide you a quote for the materials and labor needed to repair your jewelry.
  • You must contact me with details about the repair before sending the jewelry in for repair. Often, it is better to simply take the piece to a local repair shop.
  • I do not provide re-sizing of rings or other jewelry.

Final Sales/Nonrefundable Items:

  • Custom Work is not eligible for return or exchange. Custom Work is any item that is not offered in my store, has been made once for you, or an item personalized for you in some way (i.e. engraved, size or length of item adjusted for you, stone chosen, a different metal used, a unique size, etc...).
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or items
  • Sales items
